The essentials: Interval does not collect any personal data. Everything you write in the application remains stored on your device. There is no account, no server, no advertising, and no tracking tool.

Who publishes Interval?

Interval is edited by Dr. Édouard Bougueret (Linea Clinica). For any questions regarding this policy: dr.edouardedb@gmail.com.

What data is collected?

None. Interval works without a user account and without registration. Your notes, your journal, your resources, your settings (language, color palette, active spaces) and everything you enter are saved only in your device's memory. This content is never transmitted to the publisher or to third parties.

Where are your notes stored?

Exclusively on your device (iPhone, iPad, or Android device). The publisher does not have access to them and cannot view, retrieve, or restore them. Deleting a note within the app, or uninstalling the app, results in the permanent deletion of the contents concerned. We recommend using the lock feature provided by the app as well as your device's lock to protect this content, which may be of a sensitive nature.

Lock screen and biometrics

If you enable app lock, verification (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or Android equivalent) is performed by your device's system. Interval never has access to your biometric data.

Interval+ Subscription

The optional Interval+ subscription is managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Payment is processed entirely by these platforms: the publisher neither receives nor stores any banking data. The platforms only transmit a technical and anonymous confirmation of the subscription status, which is necessary to unlock the features. Management and cancellation of the subscription are carried out from your Apple or Google account.

Statistics and diagnostics

Interval does not integrate any audience measurement or advertising tracking tools. Apple and Google may provide the publisher with aggregated and anonymous statistics (number of downloads, crash reports) only if you have given your consent to these platforms in your device settings. This data in no way allows you to be identified or your content to be accessed.

Interval and your health

Interval is a support tool for use between psychotherapy sessions. It is not a medical device and does not replace a therapist, medical advice, or emergency services. The content you write here is part of your private sphere; it is for this very reason that it does not leave your device.

Qu’en est-il des images personnelles ?

Si vous ajoutez une image à votre lieu apaisant, elle est copiée dans le stockage local de l’application. Elle ne quitte jamais votre appareil et sera perdue en cas de désinstallation ou de changement de téléphone.

Comment fonctionnent les rappels ?

Les rappels que vous programmez sont des notifications locales, planifiées par votre appareil lui-même. Aucun serveur n’intervient et leur contenu ne transite nulle part.

Et l’export de mes données ?

L’export PDF ou texte est généré sur votre appareil. Le document ne quitte votre téléphone que si vous choisissez de le partager via le menu de partage du système.

Your rights

Since the publisher does not hold any data concerning you, the exercise of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) is carried out directly on your device, via the application. Changes

This policy may be updated, particularly in the event of changes to the features. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a substantial change (for example, the introduction of an optional synchronization), the application will inform you clearly before any activation.
