Offer a rigorous, nuanced and accessible clinical perspective.

Offer a rigorous, nuanced and accessible clinical perspective.

Mental health is being talked about more and more — but between conflicting advice, shortcuts, and pop psychology, many people remain lost. This site is my response: a place to approach the psyche differently, with clinical rigor, nuance, and a real desire to make things understandable without distorting them.

A few publications per month.
In-depth texts. No extra noise.

What I am talking about

What runs through my clinical work: trauma and the nervous system, visible and invisible addictions, and the exhaustion particular to modern life.

What runs through my clinical work: trauma and the nervous system, visible and invisible addictions, and the exhaustion particular to modern life.

Trauma & nervous system

Simple and complex trauma, dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system, and what helps to stabilize oneself.

Visible and invisible addictions

Substances, compulsive behaviors, relationship dependencies: how they take hold, what they signal, how to address them.

Anxiety, burnout, contemporary life

Diffuse anxiety, chronic fatigue, the impact of work and relationships on mental health — without dramatization or false levity.

“As long as reading is for us the initiator whose magic keys open for us, in the depths of ourselves, the door to the dwellings where we would not have known how to enter, its role in our life is salutary.”
